Trophies for the Bedsrcmcc 2010 Summer Indoor Championships

Congratulations to everyone who took part in the Summer Championships, the clubs first championship on carpet. There was some great racing through each round and the higher grip surface certainly made for some close battles up and down the field. It looks like the Autumn Championships that starts on Friday 8 October will be the clubs best yet. The Touring Car class is getting more competitive and with the introduction of the new Mardave Mini class, things are looking great for the future of the club.

As with the F1 class, the numbers did drop off during the championships but it is still a delight to confirm that Nathan Wright continued to perform well to take the top spot in the F2 class for the micros. A well deserved second place goes to Lewis Riley, both young drivers at the club which shows any age can race RC cars, well done to you both.

All drivers will converge into one group for the Autumn Championships as the club introduces a new class - the Mardave Minis.
